also where can i find a good detailed article or anything about the 5.0 swap from the 2.3

lookin for a 5.0, doesnt HAVE to run as long as its somewhat fixable and wont be 6000 to fix (exageration) umm , and hopefully its a 5 speed, for cheap, the body can be crap because i need all the parts for the swap, and id just scrap the body anyways.
