WTB - injectors, MAF and Power Pipe 99-04

I'm looking for Ford 42# fuel injectors, 90 mm Lightning MAF and an AFR or Steeda Power Pipe (for my Vortech supercharger) - 99-04.

I have a set of Ford Racing 39#'s they flow the same as a 42....$300.00 shipped OBO
I also have a SCT B2800 MAF you can have the pair for $550 shipped
All is brand new

Thanks - I picked up a new set of 42#'s and a new Lightning MAF. Still looking for an Anderson Power Pipe.
