This is a car that spent the first ten years of its life in the US. As a result, the body, especially the undercarriage, has little rust. A couple of wheel arches have minimal rust, and a little on the rear hatchback on the bottom edge. The paint is very faded but there is little bodywork needed.
There is a little heat wrinkle on the rear bumper cover, from a propane salamander being too close trying to thaw the lines during minus 35C weather! Oops!
It passed emissions test last year.
Converter and exhaust in 2010. Alternator in 2010. Rad in 2009. Rear drums & shoes last week. All urethane rear suspension bushings 2009.I have the new front bushings , they will go with the car, as well as FORD service manual and Chilton service manual, and FORD electrical book for the car. Oxy sensors 2009. Timing belt and idlers in 2010. It has good tread on 4 winter Firestones. AC works.New AC compressor in 2008. Power windows, door locks.
Although I am driving it to work 150km return with it every day now, I pick up my 2011 Civic this week! I dont have the time to get this car safety checked, so I am selling is AS-IS. Darn thing still goes like crazy for a 4 cylinder! I will clean it up this weekend take photos and post them here. I am keeping it insured for a couple of weeks more in case I can just deliver it to the new owner (depending on distance)
