Black tweed rear seat (coupe) / Sub-Frame Connectors

I have a black tweed rear seat for a fox coupe. It came out of my 92. However, fits anything 79 - 93. It's absolutley mint. Let me know if interested by PM.
Asking $175
Also, a pair of frame connectors. These are weld in style, full length with no seat brace. $65

Do the subframe connectors need any additional hardware that's not included? Also are they bolt-in or do they need to be welded?
