well i wanted 3.73 gears, are the 3.55 that much different?

 

Honestly I dont know the difference. I put them in my stock '89 and felt a big differance. I dont think there is a big differance betwwen the two. Maybe somebody on here knows?

I've had both 3.55s and 3.73s and I prefer the 3.73s, however the 3.55s were a fun gear and wasn't too bad on the hwy, whereas the 3.73s are just about as big as i'd go on a daily driver.
