yes, you can.

I can even play them in my 93 Talon's factory CD player.

I got some sony CD-RWs today and they didn't work..I know CD-rs will. What burning program did you use?

5PointOHNO 06-17-2005 03:11 PM

yeah they are kinda finnicky, I use NERO.

machingu 06-17-2005 03:47 PM

what cds did you use?

anarchist 06-17-2005 05:50 PM

the stereo in my cobra and the escape are both very picky. I cannot burn even CD-R's past like 4x or they won't work and CD-RW's at 2x. I use verbatim and memorex.

machingu 06-17-2005 07:05 PM

So do u think if i burn them slower they will work?

BIZ 06-17-2005 10:25 PM

never had a problem with cdr's, use Roxio and record at 42X...never skip or anything...currently using Maxell CDR 80/min 700mb

I mean for the price who cares about cdrw's

100 Maxell CDR's cost me 40 bucks...you do the math...

Well that's what I've had to do. Others have better luck. If you burn it at 2x it should be fine. Just ensure you do not do multisession and that you close the disk and burn at disk at once mode.

i use itunes, and i use maxell cd-r, and i burn at the highest setting posible, make sure are burning in the right formate, i have never had a problem with them working in any thing,
