covertible tops (possible stupid question)

Is there a dressing for rag tops that keeps them looking good longer or restores dull looking tops? BTW, still looking for that perfect 'stang. Winter isn't the ideal time to be looking for a car that you hope was never winter driven.

Are you talking vinyl or cloth?
Personally I like the matt finish of the cloth top. In 2009 I paid an extra $300 for cloth and it looks great. Took delivery July 08, I've used an Autoglym cloth top dressing product once. I live on the rainy west coast and the rain just beads up and rolls off.

Agreed, expensive but all great products.
I applied cleaner and the dressing Sept 09 and it's still good despite all the rain we get on the WetCoast
