I'm inclined to agree.I had them paint and install 1/4 louvers(that they botched and had to redo) and a lower door vinyl stripe when I bought the car and was charged 6 hrs. labour! When I questioned the body shop manager he told me that everything is priced by "the book" and there was nothing he could do. My fault for not asking what the labour charge would be. From here on in they will only be doing any warranty work needed and the oil changes they threw in as part of the deal.:banghead:
