Mustangs on the Bragg Creek Cruise out to Black Diamond, Alberta. This was one of the four cruises available to participants on Sunday, 04 September from the Gray Eagle Casino in Calgary, Alberta. 49 Mustangs on the 200 km cruise. There were 496 registered vehicles for the Show and Shine.

Cool. Can't believe I missed that, I wasn't home that weekend. I'm 5 minutes from grey eagle and know that exact stretch past Bragg Creek.

 

There where 496 registered Mustangs & other Fords at the event. 72 vehicle classes. September 02 was registration & tech during the day then a free Kegger at the Grey Eagle in the evening. September 03 tech until 10:00 am then the Show & Shine from 10:00am to 4:00pm followed by a cruise out to the Lynnwood Ranch for Supper. September 4th was cruises (any of 4) followed by the Awards Banquet from 5:30pm to 11:00 pm. Quite an enjoyable event.

 

Does the grey eagle still do wednesday cruise in shows?

 

Not sure. I live in West Kelowna so can't say.

 

I believe they do. Lots of different cars running up and down Glenmore on Wednesday nights still.
