I thought that after a certain year they use something other than delete plates?

I got the Saleen VI and installed the Brenspeed stage 3, 530 hp 91 octane tune. With the Comp cams VSR 127300 I had, that probably upped my HP somewhat. 3.4 pulley. She goes like a bat. Need to update my rear Nitto 555s to some more sticky.

 

From 05 to 09 you can remove the plates with the charge motion flaps and the rear motor(if you want you can leave it on disconnected) and install the Steeda or Ford Racing delete plates (with no flaps.) You do need to get a tune or update one if you have one. Adds a few horses.
The Ford Racing Intake doesn't have the flaps. I'm not sure on the more recent years.
