Valve covers to pan , complete NEW crate engines .
PM for details,
NOT rebuilt NEW 2 valve 5.4
Were to go into 97- pickup Navigator or your stang with a few mods

No price increased to 1000.00 , 2nd batch cost me more.
But still brand new.
