Throttle body

Hi,
does anyone know if there is a larger throttle body for the 2.3 turbo or n/a engine, or if someone has made one up (if so what did you use)?

Thanks
Matt

no there is not a after market TB.

BUT there is a way!

u can ether get a 1994-1995 mustang 5.0L TB/ or a thunderbird super coupe TB they are both 60mm.

there is some modifations you have to do tho.
you are going to have to port your upper intake to match the TB also your going to have to move your throttle cable back a bit.. { make a home make braket or http://www.40bob.com/images/brackets910002.jpg}

40bob have some very good quality parts for the 2.3L turbos...

hop i have helped

want to go that big so once the turbo and everything goes in, it will breath good and hopefully better throttle responce, and looking at running at least 30lbs of boost

well you have to port your upper intake to match the 65mm TB also need to ether make a braket or buy one from 40bob.
thats it o and also wire up your TBS to fit the one that cxomes on the 65mm TB

and the motor should run fine.

^^ I hope so, but before the numbers get that high the entire block would be redone, and hopefully the block and everything else could take it
