89 fox GT40 intake, b303, full exhaust, C4 w/3000 stall and trans brake, DR's and 3:55. How fast will she go

If you can make her hook,similar to better i'm guessing,what stall,and is the C4 the only change?

3000 stall and I will be leaving off the trans break, probably launch it at 3500, or 4000 rpm.
