For the locals/Southern Ontario folks, there is a Poker Run in Prince Edward County next Saturday (May 10th). I know it's short notice, but I just found out myself. If anyone is interested, post up, and I'll get back with some details.

 

Hey Chris, I would love to go, but plans have been made and I can't get out of them. If you hear of any more let me know. I would be in for the run to Kingston, as long as it's not one of the weekends that I have to work.

 

The Kingston meet happens every Saturday around 10AM at the Timmie's at Bath and Gardiner's RD, so making it there shouldn't be a problem. Let me know what your schedule is like, and we'll try to get together on that. Last time I went, four of us drove up from Belleville.

We have plans....and I'm struggling with that and thinking of canceling all of them. Is it just a Mustang poker run? What time? What roads?

 

It is a fundraiser being put on by the Prince Edward County Museums. The entry fee for a car with driver and navigator is $50. For that 50 bucks, you get coffee and muffins in the morning, a map, dash plaque, goodie bag, and a BBQ on the PM side. I'm not sure what the prizes are for poker hands, or what the route is yet, but there aren't many bad routes in the County. It runs from 9AM till 4PM and starts at the museum in Ameliasburg (right by where the car show is every summer).
