So this is a disappointing 1st post, but a long story short i bought my first foxbody and it needs a head gasket, so im looking for a reasonable shop/well known back yard mechanic in the hamilton area.

Welcome to CMOC, Sorry to hear about your problem. I can't help you out as I'm on the other side of Toronto.

I don't know in Hamilton but there are two great shops one in Brantford and one in Waterloo. Misener Motorsports in Brantford is a Great shop (519) 757-1200 Talk to Jay he owns it.

OR.... In Waterloo Street Tech Performance. Scott has done all the work on my past Mustangs and even helped me on my TJ. He's really great with the 302,351 based motors. (519)749-9994 Tell HIm Rob Kuhn(pernounced Coon) Sent ya.

OH AND FINALLY.... Welcome to the club Bro! LOL
