Hey all,

I've been waiting years for a mustang "shell" to show itself. The time finally came. Picked up a 88 gt, Tbar, No engine, no transmission.

I've had an engine sitting on a stand for a long time. From what I understood was it came from an LTD. Ran the numbers behind the starter, and from I have read its a 85 engine roller. I do not have any of the ecm equipment for the engine, so I'm going to go carb.

In a nut shell, I'm thinking intake, fuel pressure regulator,(may run the pump in the tank, or an inline electric) distributor, and carb. It's my first mustang, and i'm not looking to get an insane amount of power out of it, but want a nice car.

Any experienced individuals out there...input?
