Stone Cips

I have an Orange mustang GT Conv. and the ford primer is yellow. Although I do not drive th ecar on dirt roads I have picked up some minor stone chips on my hood. On one of th eTV shows a saw a great kit product for removing them. You first off using a small circular piece of sand paper 1500 grit I beleive and using a device in the kit sand it in very fast circular motions to clean it out. Then using another compound in the kit and sandpaper you repeat the process then the final step is another chemical added in the same motion which blends the paint back in? Has anyone ever seen this or used it or even know where it is available or a similar product?
