I highly recommend Wenol Metal polish. Non-abrasive and offers great protection. If you are looking for a store bought product stay away from Nevr-Dull, the wadding scuffs highly polished parts.

I would look into Mothers aluminum mag wheel polish. I have their billet polish and it rocks. I am sure Meguires is just as good for off the shelve products.
