2 electrical problems... 2000 V6 5spd

first problem: I have high beams but no low beams... so i have no clue what that might be, i have some fuse issues, missing one in the engine bay box, and two blowing ones in the interior box, but i know the on that keeps blowing is the dash lights. the wiring seems to be fine and i can't see anything wrong, when i replace them i'll have a better look but dose anybody have any ideas?

second prob: the dash lights (kinda need them...) they keep blowing the fuse that i put in i have no clue how that would happen... would it be related to the other prob?

if i can fix these on my own that would kick ass but if i take it in to ford they're going to rape me i know it lol. so if you guys have any ideas that would be great! thanks

isolate the circuit , get a wiring diagram , then check for open , also short to power , and short to ground. plus check for continuity.

get two hedlight bulbs for the low beam problem , if that doesn't work check for power and ground .

Have you replaced the radio with a after market one if thats wired wrong could explain the dash lights. on the factory radio the lights dim on it when you turn the ash lights down just a thought
