Where is the best place to buy a 94-95 3.8 rebuilt short block in Ontario?

I'm not 100% sure about this BUT I'd go see Tom Morana in Scarborough - an EXPERT on Mustang 3.8L engines. If he doesn't sell them he DEFINETLY knows where to get them. www.moranav6racing.com Good luck.
