Cam for 2.3L

Hi,
any suggestions for a cam for a stock 2.3 (except for cold air, exhaust and a jet chip). Car is going to be a daily driver, so looking for mostly torque.

what year is the 2.3L motor???

if its a 87-90 then i would go with a roller cam they came in the 91- newer 2.3L [8 pulgs] even in the ranger

but if ur looking for some HP then i would go with a ford motorsports A 237 cam [roller also]

thats what im running in my 2.3L turbo and i picked it up for 250.00$ cheap!!!

what is the difference between the 2.3 roller and non roller cam besides the obvious? is there a lift/duration difference and what is the gain from the ford motorsport cam? just wondering as i may do the swap myself.
