V6 suspension upgrade

Planning for next year anyone have any thoughts on a front strut brace , GT front traction bar , or fit a traction bar in rear , or lowering car ?

When you say traction bar do you mean sway bar?

This should help you out...

What year is the car? From about 97 or 98, I don't remember which, the V6 cars didn't have a rear stabilizer bar from the factory. So an easy, effective upgrade on those cars is to install a rear bar, either from an earlier V6 car, better yet, get one from a 94 - up GT. The holes are still there in the lower control arms, you just need the 4 bolts and clip nuts for installing the bar.

If you have an early SN95 V6 with a factory rear bar, I'd suggest shopping for a good set of springs and shocks. The Bullitt and Mach I factory stuff works well, and is reasonably priced.

sway bars a good place to start. i kinda did a bit at once. i have full length sub frame connectors, rear lower contorl arms, rear sway bar, front strut barce, pan hard bar, lower about 2 inces all the way around, 4 bolt caster camber plates and mach 1 strusts and shocks. i think thats all i have on now. will be putting more on this winter.
