Need Help Choosing Tires for Mickey Thompson SC-5 Wheels
 

Hi everyone. I'm a new Mustang owner, and new to the forum. I recently purchased a 2014 GT and I am considering buying Mickey Thompson SC-5 wheels, 20 x 9 for the front and 20 x 10.5 for the back. My goal is to give it a wide stance. My problem is choosing the correct tire size for this rim. The MT site is not really helpful since it only gives the recommended tire size for the 9" rims (255/35R20) and not the 10.5. Any tire experts out there who can recommend a tire size?

A 295/30/20 on a 10.5" wheel should give you the same O.D. (27") as a 255/35/20 on a 9" wheel. Not sure what type of tire you are looking for, but the Bridgestone S-04 pole position is one tire that is available in both of those sizes. I'm sure there are others if you look around.
