If you're trying to say that the numbers I was provided with are wrong, than give me the numbers you have instead of being so vague. If you read that thread I linked above, the very first guy who responded has the EXACT SAME tranny (auto) and said he was at 2800 RPM at 75 MPH, with wheels/tires that were stock height. Do you disagree for some reason?

Logic wins again? There's nothing to win here. Dude, I don't know what you're trying to prove and/or why you're trying to make this into a pissing match, but just don't bother. I'm not saying you're wrong, what I'm saying is that you haven't given anything but vague comments that leave me still up in the air. If you, for example, knew what the actual numbers should be from using that calculator, than why not just come out and say that right off the bat? Yanno? I personally don't know our final drive numbers, nor do I know the rest of the gear ratios, so that calculator doesn't help me right now. I'll search the ratios and final drives though, then plug 'em in and see what I get. I figured that seeing what people's tach's vs speedos were (with the same tranny/vehicle) would be just as useful.
Thanks for your help and sorry for the confusion, I guess.

That Wikipedia site's pretty good, wow. I googled "4R70W" and got a wiki link (HERE) that was pretty informative. They've done their research. I didn't expect it.
Terminal - I used the ratios I found on the Wiki link and punched 'em in on that link you provided. Pretty cool stuff. Says 2,630 RPM at 70 MPH. Makes sense to me. Thanks for the linky.

I wasnt starting a pissing match i was just saying you never know what some guy post's as his 4.10s at 70 mph so get the numbers for your tranny gear ratios plus your rear axle ratio then use a calculator to figure out id hate to see a fellow mustang owner get burned!
