Low vacuum with stage 3 comp cams

Hi Everyone. I have installed a brand new engine from MMR racing, which includes what they call "stage 3" comp cams. I've got it fired up but I noticed that my engine vacuum at idle is only about 9 inches of vacuum. This seems quite low to me, but I have never had this big of a cam in my engines before. So my question is: does this seem low to you guys??? I suspected a vacuum leak, so I smoked the manifold, with no results.

2002 Mustang GT, MMR racing 4.75 2v engine, Lentech 4r70w, 4.10's, Nitrous
Has run 11.34 @119 (previous engine)
