Spark Plugs for my 03 GT and wires

My car has 100K on it and I want to change the spark plugs and wires on it. I get most of my stuff from AM (American Muscle) in the US, They seem to have a variety of plugs and wires for the car and i am not sure what to get.

What is the best for the combo for Mustangs? I know with plugs if you put the wrong once you will suffer from performance loss and gas mileage etc.

My car is lightly modified : Full Exhaust (BBK LT headers , BBK X pipe and Magna packs) , 373 gears, JLT Air intake, Under Drive pulleys and I have a Tuner an SCT tuner for it.

Thanks

lol I am the same, I would rather put the best in (If I can afford it) so ya. Cost is not the issue its what works best.

I use to have a TALON TSI and best plugs for that car sots $4 a piece, if you put the V power X generation type plugs $20 ea the car ran like A$$ and blow by was a big issue when running 25 PSI

If you want performance, the plug that most modular guys used on my searches was the autolite 764's as they are a true copper plug,or just stick with the stock replacements from Ford.As for wires, our cars don't have them,we have coil on plugs.
So one coil per spark plug.

I have the Bosch 4 ground platinum/iridiums. They perform fantastic and I will give em to you free if you want em. I gotta go to coppers for nitrous. I plan on spraying 175 wet this season

That is very cool that you would offer them like that, I appreciate the offer.

Interesting, I never checked to be honest and the car is in storage, so why does AM have them listed http://www.americanmuscle.com/9904-m...-ignition.html.. and then what would be the best coil pack to go with ?
