S197 TSB for vibrations in dash

Has anyone had the TSB 08-3-4 that superceeds TSB 06-4-1 done on their 05-09 Stang?
The latest one removes the isolators from the hanging rods on the exhaust and states that they are just used for production???

I'm pretty sure this is my issue. My build date is within the time period and the symptoms are pretty much bang on. I'd like to to get it fixed but I'm not sure if these "production" parts are just that?

Has anyone had this TSB addressed? If so is there now an inordinate amount of strain on the rest of the exhaust clamps/brackets?

I did not have that TSB done but I had numerous rattles and squeaks in the dash area of my 06 vert.I used small pieces of foam rubber to help deaden the squeaks.Ther is a lot of information on these issues at THEMUSTANGSOURCE website. I now have a 07 Roush vert and it rattles to.

I used a 1/2 Popsicle stick stuffed in the crack under the top dash lip. Painted the edge black.. you can't even see it and it stopped all the rattles.

Fixed

My bad, should have posted the solution.
I had a look underneath and the exhaust hanger isolator on the transmission crossmember was lose as per TSB 06-4-1. I used a hose clamp to tighten it as per TSB and it's all good

These S197's are rattle traps by nature!

I cut both those hangers off, and removed the mounts from the cross member...I still have rattles in my dash, but the car is noticeably less vibey.
