I've always spent my money south of the border because "they" have much more (10X) the experience building anything. As much as I want to support thr Cdn economy the experience in tuning and building is not here. I'd say go to Livernois in Detroit and be done with it. They will back up their equipment. At least talk to them first before committing.

I've heard bad things about their service.
If you just want to order the KB kit from them, that should be fine. You might want to consider having it installed somewhere else or just doing it yourself (it's really not that hard).

Too bad the crappy customer service (post sale) will have such an effect on their ability to do business in the future.

Short version? It is difficult to find any good service when any type of quality is expected, we all know that, at least that has been my experience over the years. If you are going to have something special you will have to do most of the work and rely on limited help.
I bought a complete cold air system and tune, long tube kooks exhaust, 3:73 gears and FFRP suspension as part of a 15k conversion of my GT500 into a Super Snake. The negative was the parts arrived in shambles because heavy rear-end gears and pulley parts tumbled over each other, and sensitive electronics, as DHL did their usual lousy delivery work. A call to SHM to complain about the packing, and some photos of the unbelievable attempt to make a new box out of shipping tape, left the ball in their court. I too dealt with Wayne at SHM, but he was not rude, maybe he had got the message. SHM replaced all of the damaged parts, and there were many, and expedited the return shipping. Great.
After the extended waiting I installed the system, tuned up, and off to the local dyno shop (fast specialties). Surprise! She is putting up big numbers when the shop shuts her down exclaiming, she is dangerously lean! Not sure I allowed them to adjust the tune. Finishing with a modest HP gain of 60HP I later called SHM whom called the local dyno shop and they "had it out". Two days later, I had the answer, the engine light was on and the exhaust smelled of fuel (too rich). A panic call went to SHM when the attempt to reload the SHM tune revealed it was missing from the tuner, save only the title remained in the tuner. I did not even bother to ask the local dyno shop what happened, what would be the point. After discussions with Wayne, SHM agreed to email the original SHM GT500 tune. And days later, with a successful retune and another dyno shop, (THAT DOES NOT TOUCH MY TUNE!) we find power gains of 115hp over the original 446RWHP. The standout shelby hood pins and shelby hood lettering with the new HP have made this car well known in my area and SHM is a part of that. It all could have been better but as I said the consumer has the burden and always will. Fast Eddie

Thats a switch....someone from the US getting thier from Canada. Go figure.
Obviously not interested in driving your Shelby to Vegas and throwing down the $30k to have the real Super Snake package installed. Can't blame you on that one, but don't go around saying you turned your GT500 into a Super Snake for $15,000 by doing it yourself - all you've got is a modded GT500, not a Super Snake, and adding some hood pins and lettering on the hood don't make it so .

Anyways back to SH topic. I ordered a Kenne Bell and had the boys there install it. Other than a delay in getting the product and re-scheduling the appointment evrything went like clockwork. Very happy camper here. Only negative thing I have to say is that Wayne doesn't appear to really know his stuff but the guys do in the back and thats all that matters. I give Sean Hyland and his crew full points for a great job.

I agree with this. Best money I ever spent on my car was that tune...
