I also spoke to Pat and Paul and I too will be looking at some stage 2 heads and stage 2 cams but since the heads will be coming off I will also probably also put in a set of long tube headers..........does anyone know how this will effect emissions?????

I was actually takling to a mechanic yestaurday about the stage II's ,and emissions.He says it can be done.With a good tune it should be alright,but you are thinking of running long tubes,and installing ported heads,so the only way you will really know is when the time comes :confused: .

what would be the best cam for me, i drive it daily, ill take it to the track a few times, but i want a more agressive morelumpy idle and sound but still gaining power instead of over doing it and losing power.

Since we're on the topic, can anyone tell me what makes cams more "streetable"? I suppose ground for a lumpy but useable idle and low-end torque rather than just top-end power? Not too sure here..

I have read on the Mod Depot site that Stage II cams are not necessary unless the heads are ported. By the way this is my first post here.
