If you are keeping your intake and heads stock you should go no higher than 70mm throttle body, you may feel a slight improvement in your mid to high rpm range, porting your stock intake will also help to improve flow...

doe sit matter what finish the throttel body is like either polished or stain?? just confused on that because some brands have it..also would i have to get anything else if i was to get a 70 or 75mm throttel body is it just a bolt on??

Polished or satin finish applies to the external look of the throttle body-polished being a high shine where as satin has a duller look..
You can get a direct bolt on throttle body which comes with all the necessary hardware. You may consider getting a fuel pressure regulator as well..

I don't think it is a total waste of money, I bought a 75mm Accufab TB and noticed a different right away, I really did not think it would make much difference since I did not have the Accufab Plenum to go with it. Last week I bought an Accufab Plenum but never really noticed much of a difference like I did putting the TB on the stock Plenum.

I got mine off of ebay brand new edelbrock 70mm for $150 great deal!
With the dollar being so strong it's a great time to get parts from the states.
I've got a few things off these guys http://www.gearheadracingparts.com/
Bit of a wait though.
