347 Fuelly? or Card?
Need a lil info on a 347 stroker question. Right now im runnin fuel injected no mass air and 19 pound injectors. Im on the fence wheater to go card or mass air with bigger injectors? I would like to end up puttin a bigger cam from stock (what i have now) and better heads (stock right now). So I think I have two questions, go carb or mass air? And what would i need to convert the car from fuelly to carb?

I'd keep it injected, so Mass Air for me.
What would be the benifits of going to a carb set up? |

You should do the mass air conversion. You would not believe how lean that car is probably running right now. It would also be a good idea to step up the injector size too

i would go carb

Thats what i think im gonna do.

A 347 with STOCK HEADS? My god, you must have a pretty low rev range bud :)
I doubt the 19's are causing a lean condition with the E7's on there, if he had good heads, I'd think they probably were. The Crower 15511 is a good SD-friendly camshaft if you don't want to do the MAF conversion. That being said, the MAF conversion involves running four wires and relocating a few pins, takes all of 30 minutes. |
Well I have been looking around. I was thinking of goin with a Weiand Intake with a Holley 670 carb and a Voodoo Camshaft & Lifter Kit
Lift: .522''/.538'' Duration: 268°/276° RPM Range: 1800-6200 Do you think its a lil overkill for a street strip setup? |
On stock heads?????????????????????
