351W question about H/C/I
i run a carbed 351 windsor with a aluminum edelbrock performer intake, what would be the best cam(lift also?) and heads to go with to make way more power. do i need aluminum heads? is there a max amount of lift i can put in, because the rest of the engine is stock. if i use aluminum heads alos will i have to change pistons or gas or anything because dont u loose compression with aluminum heads? (correct me if i am wrong). and basically can i do h/c/i with out needing too many supporting mods. -thanks.

ok cool, and also i dont want to waste alot of money on a good porting job if it doesnt do anything to the old iron heads.................but ya looks like i am saving for a cam after i buy rims, or do i need anything else with a bigger cam?

yeah, it was kind of un sure on porting iron heads..because other forums said not too it wont do anything.......but my dad has a mostly stock engine in his 1976 dodge duster and he has his stock 906 iron heads ported like crazy...costed over 1 grand and he runs 11's in the 1/4
