Car Wont Start!!!! :(

Did you take the distributor out at all?? It's possible to have it 180 degrees out of phase, so it shows up as if the timing is correct when in fact it isn't. Happened to me last year during an engine change. Car had spark, but wouldn't start until I turned it over a full cycle and reset the timing. That would only happen though if you had your distributor right out of the car and were screwing around with it. Other thing I ran into with my distributor was when the magnetic pickup failed. Weird, intermittent spark interruption.

Well you have to start from scratch. Bring #1 piston to TDC, take your distributor and aim the rotor at the #1 on the cap, and drop it in. You might have to play with it a little, but she will go in. After that get a timing gun and set the timing at what you want.
If it still dont fire pull the distributor up enough to turn the rotor, and turn it 180 degrees, then drop it back in. That should do it. Good luck
