e test fail

took my 93 for e test. its a 4 cyl conversion to 302 carb. no egr, don't know if i can put one on without computer. high #'s on HC, and CO. just checked my timing it was at 20* !.set it back to 10*, and will try the methyl hydrate in the gas. going to try a retest in a couple days. everything i read has me to believe its egr. car has only cats and pcv for emission equipment. i can't licence it until it passes.e test fail-img-20110530-00014.jpg
