Installation Instruction for FRPP's Cobra Intake

Fordracingparts.com no longer has the installation instructions for the 93 cobra intake kit in their list of downloadable instructions (ford racing pp product number M-9424-Z51P).

Does anyone know where i can find them online?

It's straightforward Steve-you don't need them. I'd just try any other performance site that sells FRPP parts though if you really want them.

just make sure to prperly label you vacuum hoses so when it comes time to put'em all back together it goes easy!

that's actually my concern. i remember reading on several different places online that there are more hoses on the stock intake than there are to put back on the cobra intake and that by labellling and hoping they'll all go back in the same place i'll find myself with one too many hoses and nowhere to connect it. some guys talk about clamping off the extra hose, but i wasn't too clear what they were talking about.

have you done this swap? is it as simple as labelling the hoses before i take the stock intake out and then reconnectiing them in the same places on the new intake? does everything go back where it came off?

i'm not doing this til january cause there's no point until i've got my new roller rockers, which are waiting for me down in florida where i'm vacationing next month, so if before january anyone has any advice that'll help, i'd really appreciate it.

there should be a T-fitting with the intake kit that accomodates the line from the fuel pressure guage and the one of the lines coming off the 4 way splitter from the fire wall.

oh, ok. i bought it used, so i didn't get the kit and the part you're talking about. just the upper, lower and the bolts. i'll try and figure it out from the info you've given me though. thanks for the advice!

It very easy guys, just flip both uppers over and swap the hoses and fitting accordingly. A used one is even better cuz' it should be ready to go. When I did my GT-40 I spent maybe 2 minutes swapping lines over.
