K-Member Install

My car is at the dealership getting painted. I am changing color so I pulled the engine before it went in.
I have a new QA-1 K-member, Tubular A-arms, Coil overs, caster/camber plates, 10 way adjustable struts, 12 way adjustable rear shocks, and a set of tubular subframe connectors.
My question is how long should it take the dealership to install this stuff? Remember that the engine is already out. They are telling me more than a days labor. Really doesn't seem to me like it would be that big of a job with the engine out, a hoist, all the tools, and experienced mechanics working on it.

the way ford or any dealer charges is by a predetermined time per any single job so a-arms would be 2hrs+3hours for struts and so on so it would add up p.d.q.
