no heat

no heat

i got my 5L TUNED UP at the ford dealer and i noticed after driving it for a few miles i had no heat the car should have heat coming out after 5 km or more. the temp guage says it fine in the NORMAL area. they did put a new themostate in. what do you think could be the problem

thanks guys i found out the problem it was the dial for the heat itself it was stripped and would not turn all the way went to junk yard and got another one now its perfect thanks for the help
