If Thats The Case You Better Buy The Good Kit With Forged Piston & Steel Crank!
Are these kits any good?
http://cgi.ebay.com/347-FORD-FORGED-...QQcmdZViewItem They have one for the 331 too but I think it needs to be relisted. I think it's generally the same. I've been looking into building up a 5.0 since I can get one fairly cheap but it just needs to be rebuilt. It's out of a Lincoln Mark VII LSC with 250,000+kms. Should the block still be good or should I be looking at getting something different? |

very nice, ya the cars gone 11.2's on the 150 shot, but needs a rebuild now so i figure if im gonna rebuild it i might as well stroke it..and yes forged pistons are gonna be a must
ok well lets see what youve all payed for a rebuild, list what motor ya got and what ya payed, what exactly u had done and where u got it done at........
Just put a blower on it. Never mind the 30-40 more cubes
if my car wasnt carbed i would, id def be looking at a blower instead if it was a fuel injected car, but with the carb id rather stroke it and throw it on the bottle
