Mustangs at Mosport 2011.... date announced
Ok you guys.... lots of notice here, so no saying you can't the time off of work for this awesome track day at Mopsort !
MUSTANGS AT MOSPORT 2011Date announced - Monday June 13th
The date is announced for you corner carvers out there, for our 11th Annual Mustangs at Mopsort Open lapping Day Event !!
Registration will go up on our Club website (www.ghma.on.ca) mid to late Feb
If you want a copy of the Rules for this Event and how it works, just E-mail me at smason36@cogeco.ca
Cost is $200 and includes instruction
Must be a Ford branded and Ford powered vehicle, Drivers must have a full & valid drivers license, must be 19+ years of age, and must have a vehicle mechanically worthy of such an event in all respects.
If you haven't done this before don't be shy. There is a Slow Group for beginners, and instruction. There is no side-by-side or tail-gating allowed, and only 1 long straightaway where passing is permitted, and then only if waved by.
Come on out and give it a try !
The track is 2.5 mile long road course, with banked turns and elevation changes to make it feel like a nice long country road with no speed limit !
No special mods needed on your cars, just the factory seat-belt and a proper helmet (M or SA Snell).
E-mail with requests for full Rules Sheet before asking alot of questions, as most are answered in the Rules Sheet.

Registration for this years "Mustangs at Mosport" is now open !
It is 1st come, 1st served so get it in early, space is limited.
