November PETERBOROUGH Dinner Meet
 

Well I thought I would give lots of notice for the next meet so people can work around there schedules. So the plan right now is on Saturday November 4th at 6 o clock PM to meet at Mexicali Rosa's in Peterborough. The restaurant said our group can go in the separate eating area known as the "jail".... So please post here if you wish to attend so the restaurant knows how many to expect.


Directions - From 401 take 115 to the Parkway exit. Take the Parkway to Lansdown. Turn right on Lansdown and go to George. Turn left on George and go North you can't miss it.

Idea was mine yes.. date was the only time jason had off so he made the date. I have to help my wife at her work that night tending bar.. do not fear there will be more dates later in the yr

This is why I posted it this far in advance so we could work out a time for everyone. Unlike four days in advance where it is not possible to get the time off. I am flexible with the date and I would really like Neil and Keith to make it. How is Nov 11th for you guys (the Saturday before).

It is pretty close we just had a dinner meet, I thought it would have been later like starting of december, but what ever im free and yes ill be there on the 4th...."I would use a smily but they are MIA???"

I think he is talking about the dinner being close to the day he is moving Keith. And the original date was the 18th but we had to move it because of a certain somebody ....... remember ? ... lol :biggrin: . Come on can you really have to many Mustang meets ?

Well this is the weirdest meet I have tried to organize. I have had lots of "I am coming" but nobody wants to post in this thread.... oh well looks like there is going to be about 16 people. If anyone needs directions let me know. :tup

Allright coming from Trenton take the 401 to Porthope, get off at the exit with the harveys / swiss chalet. Turn right off of the off ramp and go north on Hwy 28 for about 20 mins. You will eventually pass the Kawartha Casino, about 30 seconds north of that is Hwy 115. Get on the onramp that is before the bridge (do not go under the bridge). Once your on the 115 you are looking for the (Parkway exit) It is 2 exits from where you got on. Now the exit turns into the parkway so stay on the Parkway until you come to Lansdown street. Turn right on Lansdown and follow it until you get to George (About 10 mins). Turn left on to George St follow it North. It will eventually turn into water St once you hit downtown. Right after it turns into Water St you will see a big movie theater which is attached to Mexicali Rosa's. For parking the movie theater has free under ground parking if you go to the rear entrance. (So turn right off of Water st just before the theater.) There is also Street parking behind the theater. Once inside the underground parking just follow the signs to the movie theater, Mexicali's is just off the main lobby. Reservations are under STAMPEDE and we are in the separate section which they call the "Jail".

It really isn't that difficult. I will PM everyone with my cell phone in case you get lost.
