Talking 4.0l intake manifold,hand built

there are some pics in my album of an aluminum billet intake manifold i made for my 2008 mustang pony.check it out and let me know what you think.if there is interest i may produce them. i haven't had it running yet as this is just a trial fit.everything lines up and there is no need for cutting wires changing the way anything fits or operates all hoses line up and work as stock.it took a long time and some expensive material but i think it will be well worth it.it flows 350cfm at each runner.a stock manifold was tested on my partners flowbench(a superflow600) and designs and needs came from that info we recieved.also it cools the incoming air aswell.the two caps on the lid cover two tubes that run through the middle of the manifold to a box underneath the plenum and between the runners that holds dry ice(dry ice is -109deg.f)which will cool the whole intake down considerably.i have heard people talk about making manifolds for these motors for some time but no one had actually done it.so i thought i would give it a shot.well that's about it.ps i'm a certified welder and fabricator for a living.need help with a project? gimme a call.shoot me a pm or email.i'll see what i can do. also i don't know how to put the pics in the body of my post ,so if one of the moderators would be kind enough to do it i would appreciate it.thanks

thanks for the compliments .this is for a 2005-2009 4.0 sohc .they do not have an upper and lower intake .it is all in one.TOM WHO? the design just makes sense for the results needed and the amount of space i have to work with under the hood.runner length is shorter and the plenum area is larger to promote more power in the mid to upper rpm ranges.and i think it looks better than the dogs dinner that ford put on them.lol

have been driving the car with the new manifold on it now for about a month and it really works well.can't tell the difference from stock till you get on it.worked perfect right from the first time i started it up.no leaks or stutters or searching at all, just perfect.i am really happy with it.i am going to TORONTO tomorrow to pick up the wife from the airport so i will have a few hours of highway time with it.will be able to see if milage suffers at all.probably not.
