Nice, have you considered painting the wheels gold to match your stripes?

Stop reading my mind.... LOL That was in the plans. When that happens, there will be new tires to go with them.

Nice score on the wheels. Now you've got room to do the GT brake upgrade. All you need is the caliper brackets and rotors for a GT...everything else is the same. The matching gold on the spokes would look sharp.

I haven't been able to get ahold of Joey about the bumper cover yet, but it is here and I don't think he has any plans for it. It is white, but it will need paint. If I remember correctly, there is more needed than just the bumper cover. The front halfs of both fender liners will also need to be replaced with GT ones. No worries there, they're inexpensive. There is also a difference in the foam under the bumper cover. I think that one's simple as well. If I remember right, there is a small interlocking piece in the middle that flips one way for the V6 and the other way for the GT. Let me know if you're going with a GT bumper (this one or otherwise) and I'll dig that information up and send you a link.

Hi Red Pony!

Yep. What a hoot, too! That little thing is surprisingly good in the snow. Ground clearance is a bit of an issue if the snow is 8"+, but I haven't got stuck yet. I didn't realize how much I missed a rear wheel drive car for DD duties until I bought this one.

Hi Red Pony!
Chris

Thanks for the visit. I'm still interested in the front GT bumper, if your friend doesn't have plans for it. Let me know. Stop by anytime. You are a true book of knowledge when it comes to the S197 Mustang.

Your car really looks great, and like Chad, said it should look great when it's all done, but questions is......will it ever really be done?
