Getting ready for the Spring driving season.

Spring must be in the air. The traffic on CMOC is starting to move with new members and questions. I’m sure everyone is looking forward to this year’s driving season. What is everyone doing to get ready for you’re driving season? I am getting ready in the garage by moving things around to get ready for the weekend washes.

Did the oil change, replaced headlights and faded worn out interior plastic parts, replaced torn weatherstrip now just trying to find a parasitic drain that started some time last summer and has already killed two batteries.

Amazing how much sand and dirt, translate to nasty small stones, are still on the roads...waiting for some heavy rains to wash it away. Also need to get the mechanic (hubby ) to do an oil change. Started it up a couple weeks ago....you just don't get tired of that beautiful sound.

Had mine out for a quick spin last weekend to get some fresh gas. Oil change is done, tires are rotated, and I swapped back to the Corsa mufflers. All she needs is a wash and wax, and she's good to go. I'm going to try to hit some of the Saturday morning Mustang meets in Kingston this year.

Red Pony, how are you and hubby doing? Long time no see.

Yeah, haven't seen you all winter roddy. We spent too many weekends fixing stuff on the winter car, so replaced it with a 2013 Fusion Titanium (red of course) in March. We're doing good....Kevin's doing good...pretty much back to normal. We'll be in Kingston next Saturday, not with the Mustang though, for our daughter's wedding.

Had the following service done on 01 May - oil and filter change, fuel filter change out, transmission service & differential fluid replacement. Transmission & Differential were the scheduled service requirements. Fuel filter change out is a good idea if your Mustang has been sitting in the garage all winter.
