Installing 2007 - 2013 GT500 Combo Package.
Received my Revan Racing 2007 - 2013 GT500 Combo Package today and quickly got busy Installing the power upgrade package!
Van is well respected for his quality products and unparalleled support so It was a no brainer where to order an upgrade for the Shelby from.
All items arrived quickly and well packaged!
The kit consists of:
JLT Big Air Cold Air Intake
SCT Tuner
Lund Racing Custom Tune
Smaller Upper Pulley 2.50
Idler 90 mm
NGK TR6 Spark Plugs
Pulley puller/Installer
Here's what was in the box
Stock engine shot.
Removed the strut tower bar..to make room for the CAI
Removed coil covers and old spark plugs and installed TR6 plugs.
Removed old stock air box
Installed JLT Big air
Removed the coolant tank and placed to one side.. not really necessary but gives room for the Idler install..

Shot of the Pulley Puller (removal was a bitch.. seems my pulley was so stubborn I bent the aluminum bar and had to reverse it then apply heat from a heat gun then a loud pop!)
New 2.50 pulley installed along with the belt, easy install here, not a problem!
Hooked up the battery charger and loaded the tune, It started up without hesitation idled great! Went for a quick run to check it all out.. OMG the whine is now 5x as loud, my boost gauge now pegs at 15lbs.. and the boost comes on at such a faster rate than stock it's unbelievable! To sum it up if your looking to wake up the Snake get this kit! It should be called "Oh my sweet lord"

The kit comes with stainless steel spacers to reinstall the strut tower brace!
Quite the kick in the pants.. It truly is night and day the throttle is so responsive, it now Idles at a steady 800rpm whereas it was 1000.. a very pleasing faint whistle like sound can be heard I don't remember that previously..
Boost comes on much much faster it's almost violent the boost gauge now pegs and the exhaust seems a deeper tone! If your thinking about upgrading, this is the kit!
