Ohtobbad made me do it!

OK, I know I had said earlier that I done as much as I wanted to do the Mustang. But Ohtobbad made me an offer I could not refuse. I had been in the past looking to buy the battery and brake booster covers. The cost from the US was just too much. I had happened to ask Ohtobbad if he had any parts left over from his 08. He replied that he had some carbon fibre battery and brake booster covers. Well now I'm interested. He shot me a very fair price plus shipping. I jumped on it. I received them this morning. They are now installed.

A very big thank you goes out to Ohtobbad.

Looks good. I quite enjoy mine as well, except mine are the plastic ones. Definately cleans up the look!

I have the factory looking plastic ones as well. I think it really completes the look under the hood. Even had several other owners comment and buy some.

Where you get yours? I got mine from LMR, I think like $80usd which I thought was a little pricey but worth the look. What was harder was the Boss manifold engine cover kit, that was a hard purchase but i think somewhat worth the $$$.

Those covers look sharp on your Mustang.

Got mine from CJ Pony last summer. Same price, but I shipped it to a friend in Michigan to save all the extra charges.

Is your car a Black GT with the Boss intake. I noticed the grey coil covers. I have the same 85mm BBK TB. What is your power improvement with the throtle body, the JLT cold air and Bama tune, just wondering. A buddy of mine has the same set up on his Yellow Blaze 2012 GT, except with a Steeda cold air and a Seeda tune (I think?) and his Dyno 430ish to the rear wheels. Cost him about $2,400 for that work. Here is a picture of his car.

Here is a pic of mine.
