I'm not sure on how they compare in price but right now the highest horsepower Saleen the 435S is only 435hp, and the S302 is only 425 while any Roush car equipped with the Roush Charger comes in at 540hp. If I was buying new and had to choose I'd be buying the Roush based on that.

I chose a GT in 2003, so HP is no biggy to me. For me it's a mix of performance, and clean visuals as a package. But that is what makes this world go round. :tup

I haven't followed the Saleen much lately as things are pretty quiet over there. I'm really surprised they haven't stepped it up to compete with Roush.

After Steve Saleen left, the company hasn't been the same. It seems to be going downwards, while Roush just keeps on moving forward without missing a heartbeat.
It's a nice rounded package isn't it!:tup |
Something about that new 5.0L :tup

I would really really consider a new car/toy from Ford if say they came out with a Boss packing the 6.2 either s/c or turbo
