LOL, it's all good. Some need the extra hp to gain their balance. I'm just one of those few that is simple.

I agree with you though. More often we throw more power at something (and I'm no exception) but we don't look after traction/handling issues we may have that are just as or more important. If I had a Boss I don't think I would do much of anything to it because as you said it is such a well balanced car.

I wouldn't bother with mufflers on a Boss. I'd pop the plate blocking the side exit exhaust and call it a day.

The sound pretty sweet with the stock mufflers and the side pipes open

And even better with side pipes open and a Corsa axle back

I used to be a Flowmaster guy but I've moved on. The quality just isn't there to me but the price is fair I guess.

The quality is not that bad as long as they are maintained from getting rusty, or pay the extra for their new stainless series. The one on my F-150 was originally on my GT since 2003 (upgraded my GT to 40 originals) ,and still has no rust on it..... plus i don't care how it looks when it comes to shine like Magnaflow for example, it's under my car, and the freakin' thing is so long, you wouldn't see the bling anyways LOL, and for the F 150, it's my daily, so it see all the crap road... rain or shine.
Buuuuuuuuut, i just love the deep, angry sound from the chambered style muffler.
