Buuuuuuuuut, i just love the deep, angry sound from the chambered style muffler.
I'll admit I have not had any problems with the Flowmaster stuff I had besides catbacks not fitting the best but we did a bunch of their catbacks on F150s here and they were garbage. Tailpipes were rotting and falling off and the hangers were junk and would break as well. Even the tips on the catbacks of recent years were crappy. I am interested to see how the new stainless series works out as I do like their sound also.

The drone is the big thing for me..I had Pype bombs on the GT loved the sound however the drone was driving me nuts so I went back to stock. I have installed Magnaflow on the Shelby next to no drone with a little more rumble.
I think think the best sounding exhaust you can get for the 2011 GT is the roush axle back, quite the muscle car sound with no drone. For the Shelby my friend has the corsa, sounds great ...no drone

That is crazy!! I only do the weld in mufflers, so i don't know what the full catbacks are like.

I've always found it much cheaper to get a shop to build you an exhaust system than pay the big dollars for a full cat back. I had both my F150's done, new pipe from the cats back, the muffler I wanted and tips both times for $400 and its all welded not clamped and cheaper than a catback from say Magnaflow or Flowmaster.

I imagine if you only use the mufflers that they would last but I have also always been told that Flowmasters are one of the worst flowing mufflers. I've even seen some dyno comparisons but who knows, it is the internet.
