Thought I would update, Here's the Cobra my friend picked up (from this thread)

It's a 2004 with 30k it's has a pulley with CAI and down approx 450 hp!
we took it for a spin, great ride with quite explosive torque. Hes quite happy with the car and sad that hes got to store it so quickly.
