It's the same as anything, practice makes ...well not exactly perfect but at least I usually stay on course now! The more seat time you get, the better you get. Clubs (including ours) usually offer an autoslalom school for new people. It really is a blast!
The one thing I don't know is if your particular "500" is allowed to run in autoslalom by SCCA rules. Something about high potential of rollover..... Do you say that because of the rag top vert or the GT500? |

Do you say that because of the rag top vert or the GT500? I don't know of any Mustangs that are excluded from SCCA autoslalom competition. Some convertibles are not allowed on some race tracks unless they have a roll cage (as is the case with our club), but I think it depends on the track and insurance provider for the event. |
